Don't be afraid to let your personality shine through. The boss might know it, but he wants to hire someone who will fit in and blend into the office. Avoid minor mistakes in resume writing by reviewing your ideas with a few friends and a couple of professors to ensure that you aren't committing the sins of resume writing.
